South Caucasus Monitor is a semi-monthly publication analyzing major political, military, and economic developments across the South Caucasus region and the wider strategic environment. The monitor specifically examines domestic processes in Azerbaijan and Armenia, their foreign policy actions, and Russia’s relationship with these countries. Special attention is dedicated to tracking the ongoing Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization and peace process.
